申请毕业

If you have earned 75 hours toward a baccalaureate degree you are eligible to apply for graduation.

要申请，请登录到 你的MyISU账号 and select the Student Self-Service Quick Link. Select the "应用 for 毕业 - 本科 学生" link, then select your graduation term and indicate whether or not you plan to attend commencement.

You can also use this page to update to a later graduation date if necessary.

If your major(s)/minor(s) are incorrect, or if you have any questions, please contact the Office of the 注册商.

毕业 Application Deadline

You have until the close of business on the last day of the term to apply to graduate. In order for your name to appear in the commencement program, or to be considered for graduation awards, the deadline to apply is October 15th for Fall graduates and March 15th for Spring and Summer graduates.

Completing 毕业 Requirements

It is your responsibility to verify that you have completed any requirements for graduation. 联系 your academic advisor to make sure you have completed all requirements.

Any coursework earned at another institution must be on file in the Office of 招生 on or before the close of the semester your degree is to be awarded in.

Baccalaureate candidates must have at least a 2.00 GPA and 120 earned semester hours, in addition to meeting all requirements for their program.

拿到文凭

You will receive a diploma cover at the commencement ceremony. Your complimentary paper diploma will be mailed directly to the address on file with ISU 3-4 weeks after the ceremony. Beginning with spring 2020 graduates, in addition to the paper diploma, all graduates will receive an e文凭 free of charge. Any students awarded prior to spring 2020 will also have the e文凭 option upon placing a duplicate diploma order. Your ISU e文凭 is a signed and certified PDF of your original paper diploma used for easy diploma verification purposes. You will receive a Secure ID via your MyISU email to access your e文凭 once your complimentary paper diploma has been ordered (by ISU) and mailed.

A free copy of your transcript will also be mailed to this address, and will arrive before your diploma.

If your mailing address will change, you can update your address online through 你的MyISU账号.

Summer 研究生s - Commencement

学生 who complete requirements for graduation in the summer term will be included in the Spring commencement ceremony. If you apply for graduation during a summer term, you will automatically be eligible for inclusion in that Spring commencement ceremony.

Commencement - Cap, Gown, and Invitations

Caps and gowns can be ordered online from the 巴恩斯 & 高贵的书店. Invitations and other accessories may also be ordered through the bookstore. They can be reached at (812) 232-2665 for questions.

费用及结余

All obligations to the University, such as: library delinquencies, 宿舍费, 破损的费用, 等., are to be met by the close of the semester your degree is to be awarded in.

登记 holds on your ISU account will prevent your diploma from being delivered and any transcripts being awarded until it is resolved.
